Shipping/Taxes Shipping fees will be shown at checkout. Only Massachusetts residents will be charged sales tax.
Note: Heavy packages to delivery addresses in HI & AK may require additional charges. If applicable, you will be contacted after checkout.

Return Policy
Mallard Spring will accept returned items if found to be defective. If an item does not function as intended, or has manufacturing defects, contact Customer Service first, and return it within 15 days of purchase date, to receive a replacement or refund. Item must be in original box and in same condition as purchased, with all accessories. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding shipping and handling charges. Excessively worn or customer-damaged items are not acceptable returns.
We process warranty claims for the following products purchased from our store; includes Fenix, Olight, iTP, JETBeam.
